Dammam is the capital of the Eastern Province and the administrative centre of the Kingdom's energy economy, which is why so much of the region's corporate, government and industrial event calendar runs through it. Being based here means no travel line on Dammam quotes, same-day site visits, and a workshop in the Eastern Province for exhibition builds and print.
Khobar is a 25-minute drive from the office; we treat it as home ground.
Al Khobar carries the Eastern Province's hospitality, retail and corporate-office density — the Corniche hotels, the business towers along King Faisal Road and the restaurant and mall openings that need launch coverage and activations. Crews, printed material and exhibition elements move between Dammam and Khobar without a travel charge.
Dhahran is where the region's largest exhibitions are held, 15 minutes from our workshop.
Dhahran Expo (the Dhahran International Exhibition Center) hosts the Eastern Province's major trade shows, and the city is also home to Saudi Aramco's headquarters, KFUPM and Ithra. Proximity matters for exhibitions: stand elements are built at our Eastern Province workshop and installed on site during the organiser's build-up window, with the workshop close enough to fix a last-minute change the same day.
Jubail is about 90 minutes north of Dammam by road — routine for industrial shoots and site events.
Jubail Industrial City is one of the largest industrial complexes in the world, and the work there is specific: plant and facility filming under permit, safety-briefed crews, licensed drone operations over industrial sites, milestone ceremonies and long-service events for large workforces. We plan a Jubail day as a day trip from Dammam, so there is no accommodation cost on most projects.
Riyadh is a one-hour flight or a four-hour drive; we deliver there with the same crews and the same process.
The capital is where the Kingdom's largest conferences, government programmes and brand launches happen — at Riyadh Front Exhibition & Conference Center, the Riyadh International Convention & Exhibition Center and the city's hotel ballrooms. For Riyadh projects we bring the core crew and creative team from Dammam and add local hire where scale needs it; travel and accommodation are quoted as a visible line item rather than folded into fees.
Jeddah is a two-hour flight from Dammam; we take on projects there for media production, events and PR campaigns.
Jeddah is the Kingdom's commercial gateway on the Red Sea and the host city for much of its entertainment and consumer-brand calendar — the Jeddah Superdome, the Corniche and the Jeddah Center for Forums & Events. Multi-city campaigns that run Dammam–Riyadh–Jeddah keep one crew and one creative lead across every leg so the footage and the brand experience match.
Bahrain is 45 minutes across the King Fahd Causeway — close enough to be a regular part of our work.

As a separate, visible line item on the quote — flights or road transport, accommodation and per diems for the crew days involved — never folded into the creative or production fee. Eastern Province projects carry no travel charge.
Yes. A one-day Riyadh event is typically a fly-in the evening before, shoot day, and a return flight the same night — so one night's accommodation. Multi-day conferences are planned with the crew on site for the full run.
In the Eastern Province, Dhahran Expo is the main venue. In Riyadh, Riyadh Front and the Riyadh International Convention & Exhibition Center. Stands are fabricated at our Eastern Province workshop and installed during the organiser's build-up window, with dismantling handled after the show.
