These Terms outline your rights as a user, our responsibilities as a provider, and the legal standards we both agree to follow. Please read this document carefully. If you do not agree with these Terms, you should not access or use our services. We reserve the right to update these terms as our platform evolves, and your continued use of NEXEL constitutes acceptance of any future changes.

General Terms

By accessing this website and placing an order with NEXEL, you confirm that you are in agreement with and bound by the terms of service contained in the Terms & Conditions outlined below. These terms apply to the entire website and any email or other type of communication between you and NEXEL. Under no circumstances shall NEXEL team be liable for any direct, indirect, special, incidental or consequential damages, including, but not limited to, loss of data or profit, arising out of the use, or the inability to use, the materials on this site, even if NEXEL team or an authorized representative has been advised of the possibility of such damages. If your use of materials from this site results in the need for servicing, repair or correction of equipment or data, you assume any costs thereof. We may change our prices and these Terms from time to time, but a change never affects an order you have already paid for: each order keeps the price and the terms shown when you placed it. Nothing in these Terms limits any right you have under the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

Use of the Website

NEXEL grants you a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to access and use the website strictly in accordance with these Terms & Conditions. These Terms & Conditions are a contract between you and NEXEL Event Company (referred to in these Terms & Conditions as “NEXEL”, “us”, “we” or “our”), the provider of the NEXEL website and the products and services accessible from it (which are collectively referred to in these Terms & Conditions as the “NEXEL Service”). You agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree to these Terms & Conditions, please do not use the NEXEL Service. In these Terms & Conditions, “you” refers both to you as an individual and to the entity you represent. If you violate any of these Terms & Conditions, we reserve the right to suspend or block your access to the website.

Definitions and Key Terms

To help explain things as clearly as possible in these Terms & Conditions, every time any of these terms are referenced, they are strictly defined as follows: Aahlan A brand of NEXEL Event Company. Aahlan Tags are QR stickers whose scan pages let visitors, neighbours and finders reach the owner without seeing their phone number. The Aahlan platform, where tags are created and managed, is at aahlan.com. Company When these Terms mention “Company,” “NEXEL,” “we,” “us,” or “our,” they refer to NEXEL Event Company, a company registered in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia under Commercial Registration 7054252197, VAT registration number 314775071200003, with its registered national address at Building 4855, Prince Mansour Street, Prince Muhammed Ibn Saud District, Dammam 32241, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Cookie A small amount of data generated by a website and saved by your web browser. It is used to identify your browser, provide analytics, remember information about you such as your language preference or login information. Country Where NEXEL or the owners/founders of NEXEL are based, in this case, Saudi Arabia. Order A purchase of a Plan on this website, identified by an order number that starts with NXL-. Plan A paid Aahlan Tags plan — Personal or Family — sold on this website. Each payment for a Plan covers one calendar month. Service Refers to the products and services provided by NEXEL as described in these Terms, on this website, or in a quotation or agreement you sign with us. Third-Party Service Refers to payment providers, advertisers, promotional and marketing partners, and others who provide services to us or content on this website, or whose products or services we think may interest you. You A person or entity that uses this website or buys a product or service from NEXEL.

Products and Prices

NEXEL sells Aahlan Tags plans on this website. Aahlan Tags are QR stickers for your door, car, pet, belongings, business card and family; a scan opens a page in the phone’s browser from which people can reach you. • Free — SAR 0, 1 active tag. Available at aahlan.com; no payment is taken. • Personal — SAR 19 per month, up to 10 active tags. • Family — SAR 79 per month, unlimited active tags. All prices are in Saudi riyals (SAR) and include 15% value added tax (VAT). The price shown on the products page (nexelevents.com/products) and at checkout is the full amount you pay; nothing is added at checkout. The products page describes what each Plan includes.

Orders and Payment

To buy a Plan, choose it on the products page, enter your name and e-mail address at checkout, and accept these Terms & Conditions and our Refund Policy. You then pay on the secure payment page of Tap Payments, our payment provider, with mada, Visa, Mastercard or Apple Pay. Your card details are entered only on Tap’s payment page. NEXEL never sees or stores them, no card is kept on file, and you are never charged again unless you pay again yourself. Your Order is confirmed when the payment succeeds. The payment confirmation page shows your order number, which starts with NXL-, together with the Plan, the amount paid and the VAT it includes. Keep it for your records: you will need it if you contact us about the Order. The payment may appear on your statement under the name NEXEL Event Company. If a payment fails or is cancelled, no Order is placed and nothing is charged. If you need a tax invoice in your organisation’s name, write to info@nexelevents.com with your order number.

Activation and Delivery

Plans are digital services, and nothing is shipped. Within 1 business day of your payment, we add the month you paid for to the Aahlan account registered to the e-mail address you gave at checkout, and we e-mail you when it is active. If you don’t have an Aahlan account yet, create a free one at aahlan.com using the same e-mail address. Once your Plan is active, you create your tags on the Aahlan platform and download print-ready stickers, which you print at home or at any print shop. Business days are Sunday to Thursday, excluding public holidays in Saudi Arabia. If we cannot activate your Plan — for example, because no Aahlan account matches the e-mail address you gave — we will contact you, and you may ask for a full refund.

Plan Length and Renewal

Each payment buys one calendar month of a Plan, starting on the day we activate it — for example, from 20 October to 20 November. Plans never renew automatically: to keep a Plan, buy another month. Another month of the same Plan starts when the current one ends. When a month ends without another purchase, your Aahlan account moves to the Free plan. Tags you have already created keep working; to add tags beyond the Free allowance, buy a Plan again.

Cancellations and Refunds

Your first payment for each Plan comes with a 14-day money-back guarantee: ask within 14 days of the payment and we refund it in full, VAT included, with no reason needed. A month you paid for that hasn’t started yet can be refunded in full at any time before it starts, and payment errors — duplicate charges, Plans that were never activated and wrong amounts — are always refunded. Refunds are issued through Tap Payments to the original payment method only. Our Refund Policy (nexelevents.com/legal/refund-policy) sets out the full rules, how to ask for a refund and how long it takes. It forms part of these Terms & Conditions.

Services by Quotation

NEXEL’s events, exhibitions, media production, marketing, branding, web development, printing and other services, Aahlan VMS for organisations, and any custom project are not sold through the website checkout. They are provided under a written quotation or agreement, which sets out the scope, price, payment schedule (including any deposit), delivery dates and cancellation terms. Where a signed quotation or agreement conflicts with these Terms & Conditions, the quotation or agreement prevails for that engagement.

Your Suggestions

Any feedback, comments, ideas, improvements, or suggestions (collectively, “Suggestions”) provided by you to NEXEL with respect to the website shall remain the sole and exclusive property of NEXEL. NEXEL shall be free to use, copy, modify, publish, or redistribute the Suggestions for any purpose and in any way without any credit or compensation to you.

Your Consent

We’ve updated our Terms & Conditions to provide you with complete transparency into what is being set when you visit our site and how it’s being used. By using our website or placing an Order, you hereby consent to our Terms & Conditions.

Links to Other Websites

These Terms & Conditions apply only to the Services. The Services may contain links to other websites not operated or controlled by NEXEL. We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or opinions expressed in such websites, and such websites are not investigated, monitored, or checked for accuracy or completeness by us. Please remember that when you use a link to go from the Services to another website, our Terms & Conditions are no longer in effect. Your browsing and interaction on any other website is subject to that website’s own rules and policies. Third parties may use their own cookies or other methods to collect information about you.

Cookies

This website does not set analytics, advertising or tracking cookies without your consent. Our hosting and content-delivery providers may use strictly necessary technical cookies to deliver and secure the website, and Tap Payments may set its own cookies on its payment page. Most web browsers can be set to disable the use of Cookies. However, if you disable Cookies, you may not be able to access functionality on our website correctly or at all. Changes To Our Terms & Conditions

You acknowledge and agree that NEXEL may stop (permanently or temporarily) providing the website (or any features within it) to you or to users generally at NEXEL’s sole discretion, without prior notice. If we stop selling a Plan, any month of it you have already paid for is honoured or refunded. If we decide to change our Terms & Conditions, we will post those changes on this page and update the date at the top. A change never affects an Order you have already paid for: each Order keeps the terms that applied on the day you paid.

Modifications to Our Website

NEXEL reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the website or any service to which it connects, with or without notice and without liability to you, except that any month of a Plan you have already paid for is honoured or refunded.

Updates to Our Website

NEXEL may from time to time provide enhancements or improvements to the features/functionality of the website, including patches, bug fixes, updates, upgrades, and other modifications (“Updates”). All Updates shall be deemed to constitute an integral part of the website and subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement.

Third-Party Services

We may display, include, or make available third-party content or provide links to third-party websites or services (“Third-Party Services”). Payments on this website are processed by Tap Payments, and your use of its payment page is also subject to Tap’s own terms and privacy policy. Apart from our obligations to you for the Orders you place with us, you acknowledge and agree that NEXEL shall not be responsible for any Third-Party Services and that access to them is entirely at your own risk.

Copyright Infringement Notice

If you are a copyright owner or authorized agent and believe any material on our website constitutes infringement, please contact us with the required identification, authorization, contact details, good-faith belief statement, and accuracy declaration.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold NEXEL and its affiliates, officers, employees, agents, partners, and licensors harmless from any claim or demand arising out of your use of the website, violation of this Agreement, or violation of any law or third-party right.

No Warranties

Except as expressly set out in these Terms & Conditions for paid Plans, the website is provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” and without warranty of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, NEXEL expressly disclaims all other warranties, whether express or implied.

Limitation of Liability

Notwithstanding any damages that you might incur, the entire liability of NEXEL under these Terms & Conditions shall be limited to the amount you actually paid for the Order or service that gave rise to the claim. In no event shall NEXEL be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes or limits any liability that cannot be excluded or limited under the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

Severability

If any provision of this Agreement is held to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

Waiver

Failure to exercise any right under this Agreement shall not constitute a waiver of such right.

Entire Agreement

These Terms & Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy and Refund Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and NEXEL concerning the website and the Orders placed on it, and supersede all prior agreements on those subjects. Services sold by quotation are governed by the quotation or agreement you sign with us.

Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. If you have a complaint, please contact us first so we can try to resolve it. Any dispute that cannot be settled amicably shall be referred to the competent courts of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Nothing in these Terms & Conditions limits any right you have as a consumer under the laws of the Kingdom, including the E-Commerce Law and its Implementing Regulations.

Disclaimer

Except as set out in these Terms & Conditions and as required by law, NEXEL does not provide warranties or guarantees of any kind. The website and its contents are provided “as is” and “as available”. NEXEL reserves the right to make additions, deletions, or modifications to the contents of the website at any time without notice; such changes never affect an Order you have already paid for.
