Aahlan Tags let visitors, neighbours and finders reach you from any phone camera — a video call at your door, a message about your car, a safe way home for a lost pet. Your phone number is never shown, the person scanning needs no app, and there is nothing to wire or install.

We add the month to the Aahlan account that uses the e-mail you give at checkout, and e-mail you when it is active. It runs for one calendar month from that day.
Nothing renews automatically
Your card is entered on Tap Payments’ page and never kept, so you are never charged again unless you buy another month yourself.
When a month ends
Your account moves to Free. Tags you have already made keep working; to add more, buy a plan again.

Aahlan VMS handles visitors at scale — invitations, QR passes, reception and host dashboards, and a mobile app for the security team at the gate. We price it for each organisation and confirm it in a written quotation.

Does the person scanning need an app?
No. Every tag opens a page in the phone’s browser, in Arabic or English. For a video call at the door, the visitor allows the camera and microphone when asked.
Do I need any hardware?
No. The tag is a printed sticker with a QR code — nothing to install, wire or charge. After you create a tag in your Aahlan account, you get a print-ready sticker in three sizes to print at home or at any print shop. Nothing is shipped.
Will my plan renew automatically?
No. Each payment covers one calendar month, and your card is never kept, so nothing is charged again unless you buy another month.
Can I get my money back?
Yes. Within 14 days of your first payment for a plan we refund it in full — no reason needed. A month you paid for that hasn’t started yet can be refunded at any time before it starts, and payment errors are always refunded. The refund policy has the details.

Do the prices include VAT?
Yes, every price includes 15% VAT. If you need a tax invoice in your organisation’s name, write to info@nexelevents.com with your order number.
