Permits and approvals
Public and ticketed entertainment in Riyadh runs under General Entertainment Authority licensing, which Nexel holds; corporate events on private premises usually need the venue's own approvals and, for outdoor or street-facing activations, Riyadh Municipality. Crew, travel and timing
